AFTER SALE SUPPORT AND COOPERATIVE GROWTH
Training Videos
For our equipment users we have created a comprehensive list of training videos coinciding with our policy of collaborative support
Remote Access to EyePASS – OPC DA
In this video we explain what open platform communications means and how the data access one, also known as classic, can be useful when accessing your EyePASS remotely. It also teaches you how how to run a session when your material is known and a configuration for it already exists.
Remote Access to EyePASS – OPC UA
In this video we explain what open platform communications means and how the unified architecture can be useful when accessing your EyePASS remotely. It also teaches you how how to run a session when your material is known and a configuration for it already exists using OPC UA Client.
Eyecon2 Audit Trail
2min of Eyecon2. A training video showing how the audit trail within EyePASS works and is part of 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
Eyecon2 Session Explorer
2min of Eyecon2. A training video showing how to quickly recall previously recorded particle size and shape results via session explorer within the software EyePASS
Eyecon2 Quick Start Guide
2min of Eyecon2. A training video showing how to quickly start measuring particle size and shape analysis.
New Features – Scale Bar
In this video we explain how to insert the scale bar to the measurements. This new feature was added to EyePASS version 3.0 to provide more confidence to the user by enabling the comparison between the numerical size being reported (D10,D50,D90) and that the scale is close to the particles presented on screen. Different colours can be chosen to make it stand out and even the range size is entirely customizable. Available while using the software, not on exported documents.
New Features – Adjustable Histogram
In this video we explain how to utilize the adjustable histogram during the measurements. Before this feature was added, the histogram distribution and S-curve were not as easy to visualize if the particle size distribution was very close. It would have a fixed bar between 0 and 60000μm. Now one can make quick assessments in real time while using the software and post analysis on PDF. This shows what the distribution is saying about the amount of material EyePASS has measured. Graphical representation can be displayed volumetrically and numerically.
Eyecon2 Session Explorer – Exporting Results
In this video we explain how to utilize the session explorer and exporting results. Session Explorer is the feature that allows the recall of previous sessions recorded, but not only that it also allows you to export the results. All the data generated by the analysis can be used for even further investigation or at times a process requires that files are recorded in multiple folders so we made that possible. Once you recall a session, CVS file, Report and Images can be exported to any folder selected on the desktop. You select export then which documents you need exported. Make sure you have the correct destination and all you have to do is open them.
